We decided to engage Ann Poh from VnA when the ceramic tiles at the balcony popped up. She suggested that we should remove all the tiles and cement the flooring instead of re-tiling as the same issue will re-occur due to our weather conditions. It is very honest and cost effective suggestion despite the company will make more profits from re-tiling. There are 2 layers of water proofing necessary and each time will need to leave it to dry overnight. The workers completed the work over the weekend so it doesn’t disrupt our daily activities. Their finishing touch is most commendable when they cleared up all debris and wash up the area. Their contractor know what to do and need no supervision on our part. None of them are concerned about lunch and I’m so impressed that the least I can do is to buy packet lunch and drinks for them to demonstrate my gratitude and appreciation. Well done, Ann!
