JALAN BAHAGIA
Project type
Residential - Apartment / Residential - Condominium
Location
Jalan Bahagia
Alice creates a sanctuary of profound simplicity at Jalan Bahagia, where minimalism is practiced with monastic discipline. The living space is defined by what's absent as much as what's present, pure white walls remain completely unadorned, their blank surfaces catching and reflecting natural light throughout the day. A single low-profile sofa in pale oatmeal linen provides seating, its simple form appearing to float on slim legs. The coffee table is a study in restraint: a smooth white surface on an invisible frame, holding nothing. No side tables, no floor lamps, no decorative objects compete for attention. The kitchen embraces the same philosophy with handleless white cabinetry extending seamlessly across walls, all appliances integrated and concealed. Countertops remain perpetually empty, their smooth quartz surfaces interrupted only by essential items that appear during use and disappear immediately after. The bedroom features a platform bed in pale wood with white linen bedding, no headboard, no nightstands, no visible storage. A single window with a sheer white panel provides filtered light and the only variation in the monochromatic scheme. This is minimalism in its purest form, a space that asks nothing of you except to be present, to breathe, and to find peace in the essential.
